Real-Time Back Office Operations in a 24x7x365 working Environment
All profiles are knowledge intensive – Trainings will be provided
Airlines Fares & Pricing Profiles include the handling of Global Contract Management between Airlines, Competitive Analysis, Airline Fare Data Management, Claim Handling, Fare Filing etc.
Logistics & Freight profile includes Global Cargo Booking Support, Shipment Monitoring, Flight Optimization & Margin Management, etc.
Lufthansa Contact Centre – Voice Based Contact Centre for Customers, Corporates, Business Houses, Agents and Airlines for Lufthansa German Airlines and its partner Airlines Swiss Airlines, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines and includes activities such as Reservations, Bookings, Pricing & Ticketing, Irregularity Handling, Frequent Flyer Requests and Fulfillment, Special Service Requests etc. The ideal candidate –
Freshers may apply Must be a Graduate (any discipline)
Open to work in a shift environment (including Night)
Must have excellent Written & Verbal English Communication Skills
Excellent co-ordination and team skills
Should be open to learning, flexible and adaptable
Background in Aviation / Travel is an advantage but not mandatory.
Must have proper and complete documentations including Identification Proofs.
