Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute HR process audits in alignment with organizational compliance and governance standards.
- Utilize SAP SuccessFactors to perform data-driven audits and HR process reviews, ensuring at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with the platform.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities within HR operations and shared services.
- Act as both auditor and auditee , with proven experience conducting and facing audits for organizations with an employee base of 10,000+ .
- Develop and maintain comprehensive audit documentation and reports.
- Liaise effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders , including HR, finance, compliance, and senior leadership teams.
- Ensure alignment of shared services HR processes with company policies, legal regulations, and best practices.
- Contribute to audit readiness and internal / external audit compliance across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience :
10+ years of experience in HR Process Audit & Governance.Minimum 2 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience specifically related to HR process audits.Demonstrated experience working within a Shared Services environment , preferably in mid-to-large enterprises.Strong analytical mindset with hands-on audit execution experience.Proven ability to manage cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement effectively.Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications :
SAP SuccessFactors Certification.Audit-related certifications (e.g., ISO Auditor, CIA, etc.).Experience with global shared services or multinational corporate environments.Skills Required
