In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing prompt, accurate, and effective assistance across phone, email, and chat channels. Your ability to communicate clearly, resolve issues efficiently, and provide guidance on visa application processes will be essential to enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Deliver accurate information regarding services, procedures, and requirements
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
