We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and media-savvy Sr Public Relations Executive who can turn brand narratives into conversations that matter. Key Responsibilities
1. Media Relations & Outreach
- Build and nurture strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media houses.
- Own media outreach for client announcements, thought-leadership stories, and press opportunities.
- Pitch compelling story angles aligned with client positioning and industry trends.
- Maintain updated media lists and ensure targeted dissemination.
2. PR Strategy & Execution
Support in developing PR plans, message houses, and communication strategies.Execute monthly PR calendars, hooks, reactive commentary opportunities, and moment-driven PR.Work with the strategy lead to ensure strong planning for each client : visibility metrics, deliverables, narratives, and industry-specific opportunities.3. Content Development
Draft high-quality press releases, media notes, briefing documents, quotes, and thought-leadership articles.Prepare client spokesperson talking points for interviews, podcasts, and panels.Ensure all content is crisp, factually strong, and aligned to brand tonality.4. Client Servicing & Reporting
Manage day-to-day communication with clients and internal teams.Share weekly updates, coverage reports, media insights, and planned outreach trackers.Ensure 100% adherence to TAT, quality checks, and monthly PR calendars.5. Monitoring & Insights
Track industry news, competitor movement, journalist beats, and trending conversations.Analyze coverage and provide insights that strengthen PR angles and future story mining.Desired Skills & Attributes
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent storytelling, research, and copywriting ability.Understanding of media landscape across print, digital, and broadcast.Ability to work under tight deadlines with agility and ownership.Hunger to learn, experiment, and deliver high-impact results.Proactive, positive attitude with strong relationship-building skills.Qualifications
