Clinical Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Recruiter to join our global talent acquisition team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle for clinical, healthcare, and life sciences positions for our US-based clients. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top clinical talent while ensuring compliance with US hiring practices and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience , including at least 1–2 years focused on clinical, healthcare, or life sciences hiring for the US market.
• Strong understanding of clinical research operations, regulatory environments, and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) principles.
• In-depth knowledge of US hiring practices and employment laws .
• Experience recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders .
• Understanding of US tax terms (1099, W2, Corp-to-Corp).
• Proven ability to identify and assess clinical talent through various sourcing channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
