The Role

• Training the new hires on Voice & Accent concepts
• Coach the associates on call attributes
• Provide feedback and coaching for the associates on the floor
• Communicate using a neutral accent and excellent command over the language.
• Good knowledge on concepts of Voice & Accent
• Fair knowledge on American Culture
• Should have experience taking calls-International
• Knowledge on call attributes / Call coaching and call monitoring.
