Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hygiene Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Hygiene Manager will oversee and maintain the highest standards of hygiene practices across the hotel, in compliance with local regulatory guidelines and the brand’s standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring food safety protocols in all Food & Beverage outlets, conducting regular audits, training staff on hygiene practices, and collaborating with other departments to create a safe and clean environment for both guests and employees.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Food & Beverage operations, including knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices
• Proficient in Customer Service and capable of maintaining high service standards
• Experience in Budgeting and resource management skills to effectively handle operational needs
• Sales and marketing knowledge to support promotional hygiene or quality initiatives
• Experience in receptionist duties, team training, and coordination with diverse departments
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, ideally at a star hotel
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food Technology, or a related field is a plus
