Quality Assurance Analyst - Manual / Automation Testing

Job Role : Quality Assurance Analyst.

Job type : Full-time.

Work Mode : WFO.

Location : Chennai.

Shift-Timing : 4pm to 1 am.

Summary and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :

• Champion a culture of technology and automation throughout the testing process.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
• Define test scenarios, create comprehensive test plans and test cases to support regression and client-specific testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects; support resolution and re-testing.
• Monitor open issues, risks, and actions that may impact requirements or deliverables.
• Prepare detailed test reports and metrics with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7).
• Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain business and functional requirements provided by clients and operations teams.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
