Role Summary

The core responsibilities of Account Manager for Strategic Account at Perfios can be broken down into key areas : Account Management, sales strategy development, Adoption & Account ecosystem, customer relationship management, Problem management and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Account Development

Manage PSU Accounts for Perfios with Strong business development, pipeline build & management, Relationship building & development, Escalation Management, Internal collaboration & Stakeholder management skills.

Sales Strategy Development

The Account Manager is responsible for developing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives for a large account. This involves building a strong account plan for the Strategic Account, defining sales pipeline build plan, Planning to achieve sales targets, Collections and developing pricing propositions that are competitive and sustainable.

Additionally, the Account Manager must track account trends, competition, and customer needs to adjust the sales strategy as needed to maximize revenue growth, come up with innovative contracting models for large clients. Plan engagements without RFPs and work on nomination basis with the client by showcasing Perfios value proposition.

Adoption & Building a strong account ecosystem

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for building a strong account system through a team of Sales, Solutioning, Customer Success, Product professionals or a strategic account to achieve sales targets, stronger adoption of Perfios Tech and drive revenue growth. This involves deep collaboration skills across teams, clear roles & responsibilities, managing extended teams and building a strong ecosystem of professionals managing the client for higher revenue performance, best account management & good P&L through collections.

Customer Relationship Management

The Strategic Account is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication, customer support, and proactive engagement. This involves understanding the needs of the customer, providing solutions that meet those needs, and staying ahead of any potential issues or concerns. Should be proficient with Perfios pitch & value proposition for all the stakeholders across the client relationships. Should have the vision to get the Perfios pitch implemented through the teams as well as tailor make the pitch based on clients vision & strategy.

Revenue Growth

The Strategic account manager must be focused on revenue growth, which involves increasing sales volume, Month on Month revenue growth, New Engagements going live, improving pricing strategies, and identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities. This requires a deep understanding of the company's sales metrics,

including better adoption, Cross Sell / Upsell, average deal size, and sales cycles, which can be used to measure and track performance over time.

Required experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Master’s degree will be plus but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Key account management & sales experience to any Public Sector Banks in India is necessary + Understanding of Digital Lending Solutions and journeys ( will be useful)
  • Good understanding in technology
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong
  • relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with customer success tools and metrics.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction
