The COO will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of our operations, ensuring excellence across all customer touchpoints and internal processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance vision with execution and has the maturity and experience to manage diverse operational areas at scale.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee company-wide operations with accountability for efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
