Job descriptionEnsure students correctly fill OMR sheets with their contact details. Verify OMR accuracy before submission to prevent discrepancies. Collect and dispatch Olympiad papers & OMR sheets on time. Manage courier dispatch and collection efficiently. Collaborate with the online team for scheduling and execution. Plan and confirm school visits to ensure timely Olympiad execution. Maintain accurate records of schools visited, student participation, and OMR dispatch status. Freshers & experienced candidates (0–3 years) are welcome. Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple school visits effectively. Graduate degree required ( B.Tech preferred ); MBA is a plus . Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and execution ability.
Job Title : Associate / Senior Associate – B2B Vertical (Offline Execution)

About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic professionals to execute offline Olympiads in schools . The role requires school visits, coordination with the online team, and ensuring smooth execution of the Olympiad process. Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
School Engagement & Execution :
- Conduct 15 offline Olympiads per month across schools.
- Ensure participation of 4000+ students every month .
- Engage with principals, administrators, and decision-makers during school visits.
