Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Senior Inside Sales Executive to join our organisation. You will play a key role in generating leads, engaging potential clients, and promoting our recruitment services to drive business growth. This is General Shift job.

Key Responsibilities

• Research on various platforms like LinkedIn, websites etc.
• Use Lusha, TalentAhead's own database  and other platforms.
• Generate leads by cold calling, email, social media and qualify them to ensure they are potential clients
• Understand potential client need and communicate to Managing director & / or Practice heads.
• Follow up on generated leads as per need.
• Schedule meetings with management.
• Maintain CRM data.
