Roles and Responsibilities :
Cultivate trusted advisory relationships with accounts, customer stakeholders, and internal partners.Gain a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements.Continuously propose solutions to enhance relationships with existing customers and meettheir objectives.
Conduct quarterly business reviews with existing clients.Execute account mining strategies to increase current revenue streams.Ensure timely delivery of correct products and services to customers.Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.Resolve customer issues and complaints to maintain trust.Contribute significantly to generating new sales and building long-lasting relationships.Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders usingkey account metrics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.Prepare and ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
