We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage, retain, and grow key customer relationships for our financial institution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of financial products, and the ability to provide exceptional client service while driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Engagement
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client queries, support needs, and service requests.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Business Growth & Revenue Management
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell financial products.Work closely with internal teams to support client onboarding, documentation, and account operations.Meet relationship management targets related to portfolio growth, revenue generation, and client retention.Financial Advisory & Support
Provide clients with relevant product information and guidance based on their financial needs.Ensure timely resolution of issues related to transactions, accounts, or product inquiries.Maintain updated knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all client interactions and processes comply with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.Support the completion of KYC, due diligence, and account-related documentation.Maintain accurate records of client communication, activities, and follow-ups.Coordination & Collaboration
Work closely with sales, operations, and customer support teams to deliver seamless client experiences.Assist in planning and executing client engagement initiatives and loyalty programs.Prepare periodic reports on client portfolio performance and relationship activities.Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within the financial services, banking, NBFC, or investment sector.Strong understanding of financial products and customer handling processes.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work under minimal supervision.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
