Role Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and versatile SAP S / 4HANA Pre-Sales Lead to drive solutioning for complex digital transformation programs.
This role requires expertise in S / 4HANA migration (brownfield, greenfield), RICEFW modernization, SAP BTP, Fiori / UI5, and integration with third-party and cloud-based applications such as Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and legacy non-SAP systems.
The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders to design, position, and present comprehensive technical proposals.
Key Responsibilities :
Pre-Sales Leadership :
- Lead the end-to-end pre-sales cycle for SAP S / 4HANA transformation projects, from initial discovery to final proposal.
- Conduct ECC landscape assessments using tools like SAP Readiness Check, Simplification Item List, Custom Code Analyzer.
- Define migration strategies (greenfield, brownfield, selective data transition).
Solution Design & RICEFW Strategy :
Scope and analyze existing RICEFW inventory for reuse, redesign, or retirement.Develop effort estimation models and high-level migration project plans.Provide fit-gap recommendations for RICEFW modernization and simplification.Propose forms and workflow approaches aligned to S / 4HANA capabilities.Integration & Extensibility :
Architect end-to-end SAP landscapes integrating with third-party systems (Salesforce, Workday, SuccessFactors, Ariba, legacy systems).Design secure, scalable integrations using SAP PI / PO, SAP CPI, BTP APIs, IDocs, OData, REST, SOAP.Recommend BTP services for analytics, workflow, extensibility, and mobile solutions.Suggest enhancements using in-app extensibility, side-by-side extensions, and clean core principles.Customer Engagement :
Lead workshops and solution walkthroughs with CXO-level and technical stakeholders.Present solution architectures, blueprints, Statements of Work, RFP / RFI responses.Demonstrate sample applications using Fiori / UI5 and BTP.Advocate for SAPs digital core strategy and modern UI adoption via Fiori elements.Tools & Methodologies :
Recommend code remediation, data conversion, and automation toolsets (LTMC, LTMOM, BODS).Address data flow, security, error handling, and performance optimization.Utilize methodologies like SAP Activate and Agile practices.Required Skills & Experience :
15+ years of SAP experience, including 3- 4 years in S / 4HANA conversions / migrations.Strong RICEFW design & development expertise in ECC and S / 4HANA.Deep knowledge of SAP integration technologies and third-party interoperability.Hands-on experience in BTP, Fiori / UI5, CDS, RAP, OData.Expertise in S / 4HANA transition tools (SUM / DMO, Readiness Check, Custom Code Migration).Excellent presentation and customer interaction skills with proven pre-sales leadership.Preferred Qualifications :
SAP certifications in S / 4HANA System Conversion, Integration Suite, or SAP BTP.Experience in large system integrators or global delivery environments.Familiarity with industry-specific templates, accelerators, and reference architectures.Exposure to Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).Knowledge of Agile, Activate methodology, and DevOps in SAP programs.(ref : hirist.tech)
