Our client, a global consulting firm, is supporting a leading real estate and construction group on a large-scale sales transformation program. As part of this initiative, they are seeking to bring on board a highly experienced SAP S / 4HANA & SD Consultant to lead core sales workstreams, provide end-to-end expertise in design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization of SAP SD modules, with a strong focus on real estate-specific sales complexities.
The consultant will serve as the SAP SD SME, responsible for solution design, integration, and implementation for the client's sales processes. The role requires extensive real estate industry expertise, ensuring that the SAP solution is aligned with business requirements, industry best practices, and transformation objectives.
Key responsibilities :
- Lead SAP SD solutioning for real estate-specific pre-sales, sales, and post-sales processes
- Own the end-to-end project cycle, including blueprinting, design, build, testing (UT, SIT, UAT), deployment, and hypercare support
- Define and validate to-be processes against SAP best practices and industry benchmarks
- Drive data cleansing, migration, and validation for master and transactional data.
- Conduct UAT and cutover rehearsals, securing business sign-offs
- Act as the bridge between the business stakeholders (CSO / CMO, CxO suite) and the System Integrator (SI)
- Manage cross-functional integrations (SAP MM, FI, PS) and 3rd-party tools (Salesforce, customer portals)
- Enable change management and end-user readiness, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes
- Provide hypercare support post go-live, including issue triage and stabilization
Your background :
4-10 years of SAP SD consulting experience; Led 3-4 full lifecycle S / 4HANA Sales implementationsAt least 2 end-to-end implementations in the Real Estate sector, addressing complex scenarios (e.g., assured returns, waivers, cancellations, milestone billing, revisions)Expertise in Sales org structure, customer / conditions master, partner functions, pricing procedures, tax determination, discounts / surcharges, Delivery & billing processes (including milestone billing)Other information :
