Who are we looking for :

Role : Senior Associate / Lead

Qualification : B.Tech (CS-IT) / BCA / MCA

Experience : 2-8 years

Location : Pune

Mandatory Skills :

Experience with building RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

Solid understanding of the MERN stack and its components.

Knowledge of database systems, particularly MongoDB, and experience with data modeling.

JavaScript frameworks / libraries such as React.

Should have experience with writing unit test cases using frameworks such mocha & chai.

Build performant and SEO-friendly web applications using React.js and Next.js

Design and develop backend services using Node.js and Express.js

Work with MongoDB for data storage and retrieval

Collaborate across design, backend, and project management teams

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Participate in agile ceremonies, reviews, and deployments

Hands on experience in rendering NextJS apps using SSR and SSG.

Expertise in Server Actions, API routes.

Understanding of core web vitals.

Desired Skills :

Docker, Redux, Redis, MeteorJS, RxJs, GraphQL, AWS / GCP / Azure development.

Core Responsibility Areas :

Participate in the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, development,

testing, deployment, and support.

Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather

and understand project requirements.

Design and implement efficient and reusable backend and frontend components using the

MERN stack.

Develop robust and scalable APIs using Node.js and Express.js for seamless integration with

frontend components.

Build responsive and user-friendly UI components using React.js, ensuring high performance

and optimal user experience.
