CausalFunnel is actively seeking an enthusiastic, data-driven PPC Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. A solid grasp of Meta Ads is a strong plus.
Bonus / Preferred : Experience managing Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) for e-commerce brands.
Key Responsibilities
You'll manage and optimize multiple accounts.
PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Ads Management (Must Have)
- Creating, optimizing, and managing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook / Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads , etc.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest adjustments to maximize ROI / ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research and audience analysis for targeting.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Always on the lookout for new PPC techniques and algorithms for better ROAS.
Amazon Advertising (Preferred / Strong Plus)
Build & optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns (auto → manual harvesting loops , match types, negatives, product / ASIN targeting).Structure & hygiene : portfolio / budget setup, placement multipliers, dayparting, search-term control to reduce waste.Retail readiness collaboration : coordinate with team on titles, bullets, A+ content, images, Storefront, pricing, inventory / buy box health.Analytics & reporting : track ACoS / TACoS , CTR, CVR, sessions; produce clear weekly / monthly insights and scale / trim plans.Use Amazon tools where relevant (e.g., Brand Analytics, Search Term reports, Amazon Marketing Stream / Console ; AMC familiarity is a plus).Tracking & Analytics (All Channels)
Basic tag / pixel QA using Google Tag Manager (GTM) , GA4 events, and Meta Pixel / CAPI ; ensure conversion integrity and clean attribution across platforms.Qualifications & Skills

Good knowledge of PPC platforms such as Google , Facebook / Meta , Pinterest Ads ; Amazon Ads experience strongly preferred .Familiarity with SEO techniques and tools (e.g., Google Analytics / GA4, SEMrush, or Ahrefs).Strong written communication skills with the ability to create compelling ad copy and concise performance updates.Basic understanding of marketing analytics and performance metrics ( ROAS / CPA on Google / Meta; ACoS / TACoS on Amazon).Proficiency in English content writing.Bonus tool familiarity (Amazon) : Brand Analytics, Helium 10 / Jungle Scout (or similar), product / keyword research workflows, and search-term / ASIN mining best practices.Skills Required
