A high-impact strategic role partnering directly with the CEO to steer business priorities, accelerate execution, and strengthen organizational performance. The position drives strategic alignment, enables effective decision making, and supports delivery on UPL SAS growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with CEO in creating and evolving business strategy, including growth plans, market prioritization, capability needs, and business health initiatives.
- Translate strategy into actionable execution plans with defined KPIs and governance.
- Lead and track strategic programs across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess performance, portfolio gaps, and competitive dynamics.
- Drive business reviews, dashboards, and follow-through discipline ensuring outcome delivery.
- Deliver data-backed insights and recommendations for acceleration and risk mitigation.
- Act as a central coordination link enabling alignment, clarity, and accountability across stakeholders.
- Prepare compelling leadership communication, presentations, and CEO briefs.
Qualifications & Competencies
3-6 years in Strategy / Program Management / Business roles.Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and executive communication.Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes in dynamic environments.MBA preferred; experience in Consulting, Agri Inputs / FMCG / Pharma is a plus.(ref : iimjobs.com)
