Brand and Marketing Manager

Earlyfit is a doctor-led, tech-enabled weight loss program built around GLP-1 medications like Wegovy and Mounjaro. We combine prescription care, nutrition, and lifestyle support with smart integrations such as body composition scales, fitness tracking, and remote consultations through our proprietary app. Our mission is to make safe, effective, science-backed weight loss accessible and sustainable for millions.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our founding team. This is a creative + execution-heavy role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to work directly with the founders to shape our brand voice. Expect strong ownership, exposure to growth strategy, and the chance to build a HealthTech brand from scratch in an industry poised for disruption.

What You'll Do

• Plan, ideate, and manage a monthly social media content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Design creatives on Canva, coordinate shoots for Reels / short-form videos, and draft captions, hooks, and scripts that resonate.
• Drive engagement by responding to comments / DMs, building relationships with followers, and shaping Early's voice online.
• Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions. Share insights to optimize content and posting schedules.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure messaging consistency and campaign alignment.
• Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and features
• Execute high-visibility campaigns, partnerships, or viral experiments directly from the Founder's Office.
