Our client, a prominent Travel & Hospitality services company in Pune is experiencing rapid growth, and we are in search of a Vice President / Sr. General Manager / General Manager for their IT. If you are interested to work in a dynamic work environment, then please review the job summary below.

The candidate will have a strategic role in leading, managing, and expanding the company's technology initiatives. This executive position demands a technical expert with extensive knowledge of travel technology and a successful history of leading high-performing software engineering teams.

The position will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with other executives to develop a technology vision and strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and growth plans.

Candidates should have minimum experience of 15 yrs to maximum 18 yrs in software development, particularly in creating and delivering large-scale B2C digital products. A solid background in mobile and web technologies, is essential.

Experience in the travel technology sector is highly desirable. Specialization in the Airline industry is mandatory.

Strong people management skills are also necessary to lead, motivate, and develop a talented technology team.
