Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning :
- Develop and implement zonal-level B2B sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Forecast sales volumes, analyze trends, and identify new growth opportunities.
Team Leadership & Performance Lead and manage a team of Regional Managers / Area Sales Managers.
Set performance goals, monitor team productivity, and provide regular coaching and support.Ensure recruitment, onboarding, and development of high-performing team members.Channel Development & Partner Identify, onboard, and nurture new B2B partners and channel associates.
Maintain strong relationships with key partners and ensure their consistent performance and satisfaction.Business Growth & Target Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective partner engagement and channel expansion.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the zone.Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking :
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Provide strategic insights and suggest corrective actions to remain competitive.Compliance & Operational Ensure adherence to company policies, business processes, and statutory requirements.
Maintain transparency and compliance in all channel activities and partner dealings.Reporting & MIS :
Regularly update senior management with performance reports, sales dashboards, and critical insights.Required Skills & Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services, broking, or fintech domain
