Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning :

  • Develop and implement zonal-level B2B sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Forecast sales volumes, analyze trends, and identify new growth opportunities.

Team Leadership & Performance Lead and manage a team of Regional Managers / Area Sales Managers.

  • Set performance goals, monitor team productivity, and provide regular coaching and support.
  • Ensure recruitment, onboarding, and development of high-performing team members.
  • Channel Development & Partner Identify, onboard, and nurture new B2B partners and channel associates.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key partners and ensure their consistent performance and satisfaction.
  • Business Growth & Target Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective partner engagement and channel expansion.

  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the zone.
  • Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking :

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide strategic insights and suggest corrective actions to remain competitive.
  • Compliance & Operational Ensure adherence to company policies, business processes, and statutory requirements.

  • Maintain transparency and compliance in all channel activities and partner dealings.
  • Reporting & MIS :

  • Regularly update senior management with performance reports, sales dashboards, and critical insights.
  • Required Skills & Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services, broking, or fintech domain

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
  • High level of integrity and commitment to compliance
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
  • 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
