Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer with over 10 years of experience to support onshore and offshore oil & gas EPC projects . The role involves leading process design activities, preparing key engineering deliverables, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical compliance and project execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and review of PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, and process simulations.
• Prepare and review process datasheets for major equipment and instruments.
• Perform hydraulic and line sizing calculations, relief valve sizing, and flare system analysis.
• Participate in safety studies such as HAZOP, SIL, and QRA and support risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with API, ASME, IEC, and other relevant international standards.
• Coordinate with mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and electrical disciplines throughout project phases.
• Provide technical support during procurement, construction, and commissioning.
