Role Description : Content Curator (Full-Time, On-Site — Chennai)

Propshell is seeking a creative and organized Content Curator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content, developing content strategies, conducting internal training sessions, and curating relevant real estate insights that align with the company’s goals.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling style.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and manage written and visual content for multiple platforms (social media, blogs, website, etc.)
• Develop and implement effective content strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility
• Curate high-quality information and industry insights relevant to real estate and gated communities
• Conduct internal sessions to train and align teams on content tone, brand voice, and strategy
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to ensure content accuracy and impact
• Appear confidently on camera for video content, brand updates, and promotional campaigns
