Job Title : Product Head – Global HR & Payroll Solutions

Role Overview

As the Product Head for Global HR & Payroll Solutions , you will lead the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and execution for Neeyamo’s suite of HR technology products – including Global Payroll, Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and HRIS .

You will drive innovation, scalability, and compliance across a diverse set of countries and industries, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value to global enterprises. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, deep HR domain expertise, and the ability to translate complex client requirements into world-class SaaS solutions.

1. Product Strategy & Vision

• Define the long-term product vision and strategy aligned with Neeyamo’s global growth roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the platform’s capability, user experience, and country compliance coverage.
• Develop a cohesive roadmap across HR modules — balancing innovation, compliance updates, and customer-driven enhancements.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and global payroll legislation to maintain Neeyamo’s competitive edge.
