We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Technical Recruiter

with

client handling experience

to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on sourcing skills and a solid understanding of IT recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities :

Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various technical positions.

Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing.

Communicate effectively with candidates and clients to ensure smooth coordination.

Take initiative and go the extra mile to ensure timely closures of open positions.

Requirements : Proven experience in

IT recruitment

or

technical hiring .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive attitude and result-driven approach.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Work Mode : Onsite – Lucknow
