Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Senior Relationship Managers, Consultants or Sales Leads located in Gurugram. Candidates based in Gurgaon would be preferred.

This profile will be responsible for managing customer relationships, advising clients on property investments, and facilitating real estate transactions. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, communicating with clients, showcasing properties, and negotiating deals. The role requires strong customer service skills and a professional, client-first approach to ensure a seamless property buying experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in Real Estate Sales
• Strong Customer Service skills for managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to close real estate deals effectively
• Knowledge of Real Estate, new launches and the ability to analyze market trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
• Bachelor's degree / Master's Degree
