Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve team and individual revenue targets.
- Actively participate in sales by handling high-potential clients, closing deals, and setting a performance example.
- Monitor daily performance, provide regular training, feedback, and motivation to improve conversion rates and productivity.
- Track team KPIs such as call activity, site visits, client follow-ups, and closures using CRM systems.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales funnel progress, performance metrics, and forecasting to senior management.
- Assist in strategizing marketing and lead-generation plans to support business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Tele-calling, Marketing, Operations) for smooth execution of client service.
- Resolve client queries, escalations, and provide expert advice to build trust and long-term relationships.
Requirements :
Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred).Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.Strong market knowledge of Gurgaon & NCR real estate (Residential / Commercial).Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, team management, and negotiation skills.Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using CRM, Excel, and reporting tools.High emotional intelligence, maturity, and ability to handle pressure.What We Offer :
