Develop and implement the company's real estate strategy specifically for the co-working segment in Delhi.
Identify and evaluate potential properties for new co-working locations based on market research, demographic analysis, and strategic fit.
Conduct thorough due diligence on potential properties, including financial analysis, legal reviews, and feasibility studies.
Negotiate lease agreements and other real estate transactions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Manage relationships with landlords, brokers, and other real estate stakeholders.
Oversee the design, fit-out, and launch of new co-working spaces, ensuring they meet brand standards and operational requirements.
Manage the performance and profitability of existing co-working locations, optimizing occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance member experience and community engagement within the co-working spaces.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Delhi co-working landscape.
Prepare and present regular reports on real estate activities, market analysis, and performance metrics to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, marketing, and finance, to achieve business objectives.
Manage and mentor junior team members, as applicable.
Required Skills and Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of progressive experience in real estate, with a significant focus on the co-working sector.
Proven track record in property acquisition, leasing, and management within the Delhi real estate market.
Strong understanding of the co-working business model, including pricing strategies, community building, and operational best practices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities, including experience with financial modeling and lease analysis.
In-depth knowledge of the Delhi real estate market dynamics, including key micro-markets, pricing trends, and regulatory environment.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals and stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points :
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Existing network of contacts within the Delhi real estate and co-working industry.
Experience with CRM or property management software.
Familiarity with legal aspects of real estate transactions in India
