Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement the company's real estate strategy specifically for the co-working segment in Delhi.
• Identify and evaluate potential properties for new co-working locations based on market research, demographic analysis, and strategic fit.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential properties, including financial analysis, legal reviews, and feasibility studies.
• Negotiate lease agreements and other real estate transactions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Manage relationships with landlords, brokers, and other real estate stakeholders.
• Oversee the design, fit-out, and launch of new co-working spaces, ensuring they meet brand standards and operational requirements.
• Manage the performance and profitability of existing co-working locations, optimizing occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance member experience and community engagement within the co-working spaces.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Delhi co-working landscape.
• Prepare and present regular reports on real estate activities, market analysis, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, marketing, and finance, to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, as applicable.
