Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptionally accomplished and visionary Senior Vice President - Projects with 21-25 years of extensive experience in the real estate development and construction sector.The Sr. VP - Projects will be a pivotal leader responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing multiple large-scale projects, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving the successful, timely, and quality-driven delivery of the company's significant project portfolio.This role requires strategic foresight, exceptional leadership, and profound expertise in complex project environments.Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management :
Define and lead the overall strategic planning for the company's project portfolio.Drive end-to-end project management across multiple concurrent large-scale real estate developments.Ensure all projects align with the long-term business strategy, market demands, and financial objectives.Advanced Project Management & Controls :
Establish and enforce robust project management controls, including advanced budgetary forecasting, comprehensive contracts negotiation, and sophisticated financial analysis.Optimize cash flow management across the project portfolio, ensuring financial health and maximizing returns.Operational Leadership & Efficiency :
Provide hands-on operational leadership to drive unparalleled efficiency and productivity across all project teams and phases.Implement and oversee best-in-class practices in Design, Build, Project, Construction, Property, and Asset Management.Spearhead initiatives for continuous improvement in construction methodologies and operational processes.P&L, Contract, & Vendor Ecosystem Management :
Take ultimate responsibility for the P&L of the entire projects division, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.Lead high-stakes contract negotiations and strategic vendor partnerships.Develop and manage a robust vendor ecosystem, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.Enterprise Project & Risk Management :
Develop and implement enterprise-level project and risk management frameworks.Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate complex risks across all projects, ensuring business continuity and project success.High-Level Liaison & Coordination :
Serve as the senior liaison with top-tier internal stakeholders (Board, Executive Committee, other VPs) and critical external entities (senior government officials, key investors, strategic partners).Ensure seamless, high-impact coordination and communication at all strategic levels.Inspiring Leadership & Talent Development :

Oversee the strategic handover of projects after completion, ensuring absolute professional standards and stakeholder satisfaction.Manage high-level snagging processes and maintain strong post-completion relationships with owners and B. Tech - Civil or NICMAR from a reputed College / University is compulsory.Experience : 21-25 years of extensive and progressive experience in project management and construction within the real estate development sector, with a significant track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale, complex projects and portfolios.Skills & Attributes :
