Opkey invites you to join its fast-growing Application Support Team in Noida, as an Trainee Application Support Specialist .

As an Application Support Specialist of our cloud-based platforms, you are the face of Technology for the organization and are responsible for diagnosing application issues, conducting root cause analysis, documenting resolutions, communicating issue and resolution details across a global organization, and helping ensure continuous application quality improvement, as a part of our global application support team.

Job Responsibilities

Will be working to support our application for our clients which could global, and multi-time zone teams with could be from diverse cultural background.
Handle the clients demonstrating excellent customer service skills
Perform in a highly functional, demanding, and ever-changing environment
Will be managing conflicting priorities so will be required to display excellent time management skills and Teamwork.
High sense of urgency and commitment to exceeding customer expectations
Engaged and enthusiastic about work and learning
Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including evening and weekends

Desired Skills And Experience

Strong communication skills a must.

Knowledge of MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Basic understanding of Testing and Knowledge of API & database (MYSQL).

Exposure in troubleshooting of SAAS based Application.

Flexibility to work any shift, on-call schedule, or other time frames by management.

Exposure to Enterprise Applications such as Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, MS Dynamics, SAP, Workday, Kronos
