Funk Foods is a future-forward food innovation company crafting clean-label, flavour-first products. We are expanding our culinary team and are looking for a passionate North Indian Chef (Commis Level) to join our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the preparation and cooking of North Indian dishes

Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation

Prep ingredients, manage mise-en-place, and support daily kitchen operations

Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards

Work closely with the senior chef to develop and test recipes

Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients

Requirements :

1–3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role

Strong knowledge of North Indian cuisine (gravies, tandoor basics, curries, snacks)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven kitchen

Good communication and teamwork skills

Punctual, disciplined, and committed to quality
