Role Overview
The Regional Head – South will be responsible for positioning Esbee Dynamed as the preferred partner for Surgical OT Integration and Digital Solutions (Surgical Instrument Tracking, Asset Tracking) across the Southern region. The role requires driving revenue growth, implementing effective GTM strategies, and ensuring strong customer and partner engagement.
Product Portfolio
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct market analysis – customer segmentation, value proposition, and competitive benchmarking.
2. Identify and collaborate with the right partners to promote the product portfolio.
3. Develop and manage sales channels & distribution networks for regional coverage.
4. Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets across the territory.
5. Acquire strong technical & product knowledge within defined timelines.
6. Generate and close new business opportunities profitably.
7. Ensure smooth execution by coordinating with internal support teams and logistics.
8. Actively participate in pre-bid meetings, tender submissions, and follow-ups.
9. Maintain strict adherence to company policies, rules, and compliance requirements.
10. Deliver YoY growth of at least 15% in both top-line and bottom-line metrics.
