Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical roles. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and devise effective recruitment strategies. Additional tasks include building talent pipelines, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting skills
• Experience in Hiring and General Recruiting
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in IT consulting and knowledge of technical roles are beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
