About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Lead – Profile Screening to manage and oversee the screening and evaluation of candidates across the US Dental industry .
This is a non-technical leadership role responsible for guiding a small team of screeners, ensuring high-quality candidate assessment, and maintaining excellent communication and coordination with clients or internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills , strong understanding of dental role profiles and industry terminology , and proven experience in team supervision or process ownership within a recruitment or staffing environment.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, strong understanding of dental role profiles and industry terminology, and proven experience in team supervision or process ownership within a recruitment or staffing environment. Key Responsibilities : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of profile screeners supporting US dental recruitment processes. Oversee resume screening, candidate evaluation, and pre-qualification activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Conduct quality checks on screened profiles and ensure alignment with client requirements. Handle advanced-level screenings and serve as the escalation point for complex or high-priority positions. Collaborate closely with clients or US recruitment teams to understand specific role expectations and compliance standards. Track and report on team performance metrics, SLAs, and quality parameters. Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to management on candidate pipeline status. Drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and candidate experience. Stay informed on dental industry trends, licensing requirements, and evolving job structures. Required Skills & Competencies : Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (neutral or US-accent preferred). Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities. In-depth understanding of candidate screening workflows and recruitment operations. Good analytical skills with an eye for detail. Proficient in MS Office, CRM / ATS systems, and online recruitment platforms. Knowledge of US Dental roles (e.g., Dental Assistant, Hygienist, Treatment Coordinator, Office Manager) preferred. Qualification & Experience : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred). 3–6 years of relevant experience in profile screening, recruitment coordination, or staffing operations. Minimum 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Exposure to the US market or dental / healthcare staffing domain is highly desirable.
