Analyst – Safety Vehicle Integration

BE / B Tech

Job Description :

• Experience in building full vehicle models for safety analyses.
• Experience in full vehicle assembly, vehicle variant complexity management, full vehicle penetrations.
• Experience in tools like HM, ANSA, Hyper crash, Primer, Team center, Hyper works and Solvers like LsDyna / Radioss.
• Team Center knowledge is mandatory.
• Perform CAD study (CAD missing, CAD issues, Intersections)
• Prepare the module complexity chart based on the program variants or control models.
• Prepare input (CAD / BOM / NGD) data queries, connection / intersection, BOM etc. queries
• Provide direction / clarifications to modeling team for the queries.
• Apply BOM and applicable FE mechanisms / functions in the Safety models.
• Prepare the system model connections (Spot, Seam, adhesives, joints, Bolts) and analytical assemblies.
• Able to assign contacts interfaces, database (node / section / part / element).
• Perform de-penetration / intersection at full vehicle level.
• Able to review the full vehicle safety models using standard checksheets
• Able to prepare full vehicle loadcases as per safety requirements (FMVSS / ECE / NCAP etc.)
• Perform debug & fix the errors in the analyses.
