Job description

Profile

  • Execution of rigid body DVA studies representing the assembly process, tolerances, Co-ordinate cut planes (CCPs) and CAD data for the Unibody vehicles
  • Perform Exterior & Interior Fit and Finish assessments and deliver the results to CFT
  • Perform What IF DVA Studies for the launch issues / new programs and suggest recommendations to overcome the problems
  • Bringing in the real time manufacturing / assembly variabilities through Statistical and Synchronized measurement data approaches
  • Reporting of results and design recommendations in summary report and share the link to CFT
  • Write reports, communicates results, issues, and recommendations to the customer
  • Participation in cross functional meetings to explain the results and recommendations
  • Provide Program status reports and communication as required
  • Adhere to all Dimensional Control standards, generics, and procedures
