Role Overview

We are seeking an assertive and strategic Investment Banker with a deep passion for high-growth startups and innovation. You will act as a key link between the founder and investors, working closely with leadership to structure and execute fundraising strategies across the Seed to Series A stages .

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience (Mandatory) : You have 3–6 years of intensive experience in a fundraising capacity within Investment Banking, Venture Capital (VC), or a Founder / Family Office .
• Proven Impact (Mandatory) : You must have a successful track record of closing funding deals , specifically leading or significantly contributing to Venture Rounds (Seed / Series A / SeriesB) .
• Industry Fit : You possess strong expertise in popular consumer tech startups like Zomato, Zepto, Swiggy, or Urban Company , with a preference for experience in the D2C, mobility, or automotive tech sectors.
• Financial Acumen : You are an expert in financial modelling, business analysis, and early-stage valuation , capable of developing robust projections and managing due diligence.
• Network & Mindset : You possess a strong network of active angel investors and VC Firms and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset suited for a high-growth startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Salary : ₹12–24 Lacs CTC + Incentives
