About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to work on Private Equity and M&A transactions with a focus on deal origination and execution . Key responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comps, precedent deals), due diligence, and preparation of investment memoranda / pitchbooks . The role also covers transaction structuring, synergy analysis, negotiation support, and exit planning (secondary sales, strategic buyouts, IPO readiness) .

The candidate will actively engage with corporates, financial sponsors, and institutional investors , supporting senior bankers in managing relationships and identifying new investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Origination & Sourcing

• Identify and evaluate potential investment and acquisition opportunities through industry research, databases, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with promoters, corporates, funds, bankers, and advisors to generate deal flow.
• Track private equity transactions, strategic acquisitions, and fund-raising opportunities across sectors.
