Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative brand strategies that position Nestaway strongly in the market.
- Lead creative campaigns, overseeing concept, design, content, and execution for all channels (digital, social, print).
- Supervise and mentor the creative and marketing teams; collaborate with leadership to set goals and KPIs.
- Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints and campaigns.
- Plan and implement data-driven marketing programs to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and enhance user engagement.
- Oversee influencer partnerships, and media relationships to improve brand reach.
- Analyze campaign outcomes to optimize future initiatives, reporting insights to management.
- Coordinate regional and city marketing activities
Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on experience in branding, creative direction, and general marketing roles, preferably in fast-paced consumer or real estate sectors.Proven expertise in conceptualizing and launching memorable campaigns; strong portfolio of creative work.Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content production.Experience managing marketing teams and external agencies.Familiarity with analytics tools and performance measurement (Google Analytics, social media dashboards).Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.Creative problem-solving abilities and willingness to experiment.Additional Skills
Experience with performance marketing, influencer strategies, and event-based brand activations is an advantage.Strong leadership and team-building skills.
