This program is designed to provide structured cross-functional exposure with a focus on Marketing, Corporate Sales, and Revenue Strategy . The role prepares you for leadership responsibilities in Olive’s growing portfolio of brands, including Olive Hotels, Spark by Hilton, Open Hotels, and Prive.You will work on building brand presence, strengthening revenue analytics, and supporting sales growth with the opportunity to transition into a permanent department leadership role post-rotation.Key ResponsibilitiesRotate across Marketing, Sales, Revenue, Customer Experience, and Operations with a mandate to drive initiatives in brand positioning, digital campaigns, customer acquisition, and loyalty-building .Work with the Revenue team to introduce data-driven approaches to pricing, discounting, and promotions.Support corporate sales efforts with pitch decks, competitive benchmarking, and client engagement material.Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot AI, Google Performance Max) for campaign optimization, ad copy, and personalization.Use AI-driven analytics (Looker, Power BI, SEMrush AI, ChatGPT) to recommend growth strategies and present performance insights.Desired ProfileEducation : MBA from IIMs or top-tier institutes (Marketing / Strategy focus preferred).Experience : 2+ years of relevant experience.Skills : Strong analytical and storytelling ability, digital marketing know-how, comfort with analytics platforms. Knowledge of AI marketing tools is a plus.Mindset : Creative, data-driven, and entrepreneurial. Excited to scale brands in a fast-paced environment.
