Position : Credit Analyst

Qualification : A Graduate Degree in Commerce / Finance / Business or a Semi Qualified CA (dropped)

Location : Mumbai (Mulund West)

Job Description : -

• Preparation of proposal notes related to Real Estate Finance
• Internal risk assessment and data analysis of proposals using MS Excel
• Preparation of CMA, Cash Flows, Fund Flows and Ratio Analysis
• Evaluating clients’ credit data and financial statements for preliminary risk assessment
• Interaction with Financial Institutions and Clients for due diligence and documentation.

Key Expectations -Good understanding of financial analysis of companiesIntermediate level skills in MS Office – Good Keyboard skills and knowledge of shortcuts in MS ExcelUnderstanding of various banking asset products

While we would prefer someone with up to a year of relevant experience, even freshers with a good knack for Excel and an interest in building a career in real estate finance are encouraged to apply.

Salary : Upwards of Rs 3 Lacs. Would not be a constraint for the right candidate.
