DESIGNATION : Relationship Manager
We are looking for a high-performing Sales managers to help us meet our customer acquisition
and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be
responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to
plans to the upper management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Connect and engage with pre generated leads via outbound calls
- Reach out to new customers and explain them about the products
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social
media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concernsInitiate repeat sales by follow up phone calls from existing customersDevelop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendationsbased on customer needs
Continually meeting and exceedingly daily / monthly targets with respect to call volume andsales
Develop and manage prospective clients / customers interested to invest in the Company'sReal Estate Product and ensure revenue generation enabling the Organization to meet its
Business Plan & Objectives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them andunderstanding their needs
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products andcompetition status
PERSONAL COMPETENCIES :
Real Estate Experience not required1 - 3 yrs. of B2C sales experienceOne should have own vehicle.Prior experience in sales / business development / voice process will be preferredPassionate about salesGood communication skills & Client handling skillsAbility to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clientsFlexibility with rotation offs and stretchable hoursOutlook-Properly groomed and formally dressedPERKS AND BENEFITS
