The Loan Servicing Business Manager â€' Associate (602) is a key role within the Loans group, focused on supporting banking operations. As a Business Manager - Associate in our Wholesale Lending group, you will be responsible for maintaining successful daily business practices and oversee daily team activities to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will have a track record of outstanding management of day-to-day operations, including production, human resources, and accounting processes. Job responsibilities
- Manage initiatives to resolve diverse problems identified by the Wholesale Lending Loan Operations India team.
- Advise and influence senior leaders on key business decisions and major change initiatives.
- Develop high-impact presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Execute creative analyses and provide insights to identify issues and arrive at recommendations.
- Provide reporting and analytics support on key projects and programs.
- Assist in all BAU reporting, metrics, and scorecards.
- Assist with key project reports and Senior Executive packs.
- Manage appropriate governance around all aspects of Loan Operations initiatives, including people, technology, firm assets, regulatory, compliance, and
- inancial matters.
- Monitor resiliency processes to proactively manage risk.
Manage local administrative requirements and assist in pursuing seat sharing strategies to improve efficiency.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
Hold a bachelor's degree with at least5+ years of proven Project / Business Management experience, including the use of project plans and issue logs,Experience in status reporting (project status, risks, issues, change controls, action items)Excellent infographic / visualization skills,Ability to work with cross-functional teams and interact with all staff levels,Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work in order to support concurrent projectsStrong PC skills in Microsoft Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project) required, as well as the ability to use web-based technologyResults-oriented self-starter who can lead efforts with minimal directionHighly adaptable with an ability to multi-task, prioritize and escalate appropriately in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills - the ability to convey complex information simply and clearly to senior business leadersPreferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
