- Play a critical role in our GTM strategy : Your insights and execution will influence how we package, position, and penetrate the market with our Payment Gateway Develop & drive strategic partnerships with corporates, aggregators, and merchant networks to promote EnKash's Payment Gateway solutions.
- Lead the entire lifecycle of a partnership : from identification and pitching, through onboarding, negotiation, implementation, and ongoing account success.
- Collaborate with internal teams - product, sales, marketing, credit, and legal - to deliver partner-specific solutions and seamless integrations.
- Track industry developments and emerging fintech trends to stay ahead of the curve and refine partnership strategies.
- Drive top-line growth by acquiring high-impact partners and ensuring strong, value-driven engagement post-onboarding.
- Be a voice of feedback to the product team for refining our Payment Gateway suite based on partner and market insights.
What We're Looking For
6-8 years of B2B partnership experience, with significant exposure to Payment Gateway,merchant services, or digital payment products.
A strong and active network of corporate clients, fintech's, aggregators, and largemerchants.
Proven ability to initiate, close, and scale partnerships with measurable business outcomes.Outstanding communication and negotiation skills - you can explain complex fintech solutions with clarity and conviction.Entrepreneurial energy with the ability to work independently and thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
