Experience : 3-8 Years.

Job Type : Full-Time / Contract.

Location : Hybrid - Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Chennai, Kolkata.

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle PeopleSoft Consultant with 5-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PeopleSoft modules and a strong understanding of business processes across Finance, HRMS, or Campus Solutions.

You will work on implementation, upgrade, and support projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, configure, and implement Oracle PeopleSoft solutions based on business requirements.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement within PeopleSoft modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions).
  • Perform technical and functional activities including system configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide production support and troubleshooting, including performance tuning and issue resolution.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patches, and regular maintenance activities.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

  • 3-8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle PeopleSoft (HRMS, FSCM, or other modules).
  • Proficiency in PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and integration technologies.
  • Experience in upgrades, customizations, and end-to-end implementations.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or migration from PeopleSoft to Cloud is a plus
