Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive training sessions to improve participants English language proficiency.
- Develop customized lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
- Train students in grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, business communication, and presentation skills.
- Evaluate learners progress and provide constructive feedback and improvement plans.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.
- Integrate modern teaching methods, digital tools, and real-life examples.
- Prepare learners for specific exams or certifications (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL, PTE) if applicable.
- Coordinate with management to ensure training objectives and schedules are met.
- Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.
Qualifications Skills
Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communication, or related field (Masters preferred).Certification in TESOL / TEFL / CELTA (preferred but not mandatory).Proven experience as an English Trainer / Language Instructor / Communication Skills Trainer.Excellent command of written and spoken English.Strong presentation, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.Ability to adapt teaching techniques to suit diverse learning styles and age groups.Familiarity with online training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Classroom, etc.) is an advantage.This job is provided by Shine.com
