At Fextons, we design and deliver world-class executive summits across Africa and Asia. To support our rapidly expanding portfolio, we are looking for a Conference Production Assistant who can operate with precision, professionalism, and a service-first mindset.
What You’ll Own
- Speaker & Delegate Coordination
- Communicate with senior-level executives, confirm agenda details, gather bios / photos, and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Email Communication & Follow-Ups
- Draft, refine, and send professional emails to speakers, sponsors, and partners with impeccable accuracy.
- Session Management Support
- Assist our production head with agenda research, briefing docs, panel preparation, and workflow organisation.
- Technical & On-Site Assistance
- Coordinate slides, virtual tech checks, and support the events team during conferences.
- Operations & Documentation
- Maintain trackers, update CRM sheets, and ensure all production-related tasks meet timelines.
