Role Overview

As a Production Coordinator at CK Creatives, the role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of all production activities including shoot planning, coordination, logistics, and on-site management. You will work closely with the Creative, Project, and Operations teams to make sure every production runs efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate shoot schedules, team allocation, and logistics.
• Arrange locations, assets, equipment, travel, food, and stay requirements.
• Coordinate with talent, crew, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage on-site activities, ensure timely shoot start, and maintain smooth workflow.
• Handle documentation, basic reporting, and communication between departments.
