Job Title : PPC Engineer – PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings)

Department : Production / Planning & Control

Location : Delhi

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare and monitor production plans , schedules , and material requirements as per project timelines.
• Coordinate with design , procurement , and production departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Analyze fabrication drawings and determine material and manpower requirements .
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports .
• Track project progress and identify bottlenecks to ensure timely completion.
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams for material availability and dispatch planning.
• Optimize utilization of machines, manpower, and materials to minimize delays and wastage.
• Ensure timely release of cutting plans, shop drawings, and work orders .
• Maintain and update ERP / Excel-based dashboards for planning and tracking.
• Coordinate with logistics for dispatch planning and project deliveries.
• Support management in forecasting , capacity planning , and production analysis .
